WHAT I TALK ABOUT               
This whole thing was an experiment for me. I had no experience in long distance cycling before and I dont know much about bicycles. I talk about what I experienced in the different countries and how I pulled this project through. I think I learned many things and it is my pleasure to share them.

Among other things:
- Working with setting and keep sight of the goals.

- How I finally could dare to take the step.

- Identification and minimization of the risks along the journey. Dogs, traffic.

- Overcoming setbacks and tough times. Loneliness, bicycle breakdown, attention.

- How I worked with pushing the limits and doing things outside the comfort zone.

- Funny stories, people I met, pictures and amazing moments.

My first presentation was for local students in a university in Dubai. Since that I have held presentations for many companies, universities and other organizations. It has been a great way for me to be able to share my experiences and the things I have learned. I hope I have inspired many.
